About the GreenEXPO
The GreenEXPO is a high-visibility outdoor event that connects businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies with over one thousand Newton residents during the City’s popular Harvest Fair. Exhibitors showcase products, services, and solutions that support sustainable living and climate action—making this a great opportunity to reach an engaged, environmentally conscious audience.
PLEASE READ: In addition to submitting a payment by clicking the 'donate button to the right, you must also sign the GreenEXPO application and BOTH Release from Liability and Indemnity Agreements and send to armela@greennewton.org or Green Newton, P.O. Box 590242, Newton, MA 02459.
You must also read the City of Newton vendor regulations and understand all the requirements. If the event is canceled, fees will be forfeited. If you do not pick up your booth assignment one hour before the event begins, your space may be given away and you will be reassigned. You are responsible for bringing your own 10’x10’ tent, table and any additional equipment.
Booth rates are established by business and organizational size.
