Earth Day Event Booths and Sponsorship 2026

Now in its fourth year, we anticipate over 1,000 attendees at Newton’s Earth Day Festival.

This lively festival features 40+ booths of vendors promoting sustainable goods, services, and actionable information for making your home more sustainable. Local residents and families of all ages love the event’s wide range of vendors and attractions, including an EV display, where electric vehicle owners show their cars and answer attendees questions, alongside live animal displays, face painting, lots of great food, live music, and more!

Newton’s Earth Day Festival is a fun and popular annual event promoting sustainability and environmental protection that Green Newton produces in collaboration with the City of Newton. Earth Day raises awareness of the urgent need to protect the Earth’s natural resources and inhabitants. It offers scores of opportunities and activities for attendees to interact with vendors of sustainable goods and services. The festival is part of a long tradition starting with the first Earth Day, which was held on April 22, 1970.

Event Booth Info and Rates

When tabling at the Earth Day Festival, you’ll be provided with a 4’ x 7’ space to set up your materials. Please bring your own table and any additional setup items you may need. A limited number of tents will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth Rates

• $300 – Businesses with 10+ employees
• $150 – Businesses with fewer than 10 employees
• $100 – Large nonprofits (10+ employees)
• $30 – Small nonprofits (up to 5 employees)

Sponsorship is the highest-visibility way to participate in Newton’s Earth Day Festival.
